How Getting Started Works

Four steps from your first call to your first session.

  1. Free 15-minute call

Share your child’s needs, your expectations, and your availability, and ask us anything.

  2. Intake meeting (2 hours)

If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we book an in-depth intake meeting.

  3. Assessment period (4–8 hours)

We get to know your child’s strengths and needs so the plan is built around them.

  4. Services begin

Therapy starts, shaped around your child’s strengths, needs, and your family’s goals.

Is the first call really free? Yes. The 15-minute call is free.
